With 30 minute quick fix sessions, why not supplement your training with Personal Training each week. We can eliminate your weaknesses and excel your strengths on top of your regular class attendance. Quick fix sessions will cost £20 and are a great and affordable addition to your training.

For £400 you can book 10 x 60min sessions – one session a week. We will track your progress 7 days a week, including tracking your diet and monitoring your lifestyle to maximise your goals.
