Here at TEAM BATCAVE, we practice Boxing for fitness, competition and MMA. We’ll introduce you to the fundamentals before guiding you down the path you choose, based on your personal goals.
Those wanting to compete will learn about distance, timing and ring craft to control your opponent. Members wanting to simply box for fitness will focus on high intensity combinations on the pads and bags.
MMA Boxing is slightly different as you’ll need to incorporate level changes and the possibility of take downs. This will simplify what strikes you’ll use to win the fight.
