To keep you training on a daily basis, you’ll have full access to the bags and mat space between classes.
“Open-Mat” is for our members who wish to use the gym between classes for solo training or with other members.
The Sunday morning “Open Sessions” are non-instructed training sessions to practice drills or light sparring.
Depending on which of the two sessions you’ve booked onto. You’ll have a range of students to train with from novices to advanced team mates.
Our “Invite Only” session is simply that, a slot dedicated to our competitors and their development.Home Timetable
